1- Go To Blogger >> Layout >> Just Above Blog Posts >> Add A Gadget >> HTML/Javascript.

3- Save Widget!

There Are Many Templates Available Under This Category In Which The Above Shown Is Soonex.
You Can Use This Template In Your Blog!!

3- Add A Email Subscription Widget Just Under Header-
This is also a good method to track your visitors and then after full construction sending them a reminder will surely make them come to your blog.

4-Add A Beautiful Count Down Widget-
There are many count down widgets available on the net so first target a date when you are going to give a surprise ant add the countdown according to it.
