The First Step google checks is the mobile friendliness meaning that it checks that your site or blog is fully responsive or not? Here are the steps to solve it-
If you are a blogger then always enable mobile template from going to template section.Always add bootstrap in you template .Doesn't have bootstrap? just  add this code in your template after <head>

<link href='http://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.2.0/css/bootstrap.min.css' rel='stylesheet'/>
<script src='https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.11.1/jquery.min.js'></script><script src='http://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.2.0/js/bootstrap.min.js'></script>
Congrats now you have completed one step to recover from mobilegeddon.

 The Next Step Goes on Adding Responsive widgets , many of us use non-responsive widgets from different-different sites so if you want to get recover from this update try to use legal and fully responsive widgets.
Second Step Completed!!

Now in the third  step you need to know to to add a responsive post!!. By default post responsiveness is automatically added in many templates but other templates which does not have post responsiveness face a much more hard problem so try to use responsive post templates.Also it is good for visitors as they are able to see each line very easily.

Tip-Go to webmasters tools to check your mobilegeddon site status.
Tip-Download Free Responsive templates From Here.
Tip- Include Font Awesome For More Responsiveness.

Step 4- Use Webmasters tools to check site status regularly.
Step 5- Avoid Thing Which do not work on mobile devices.
Step 6- Use PageSpeed Insights to check for mobile site speed.
